Julie found interest in the cosmetic industry through her international career as a model. Her 30 years of make-up experience, as well as extraordinary business acumen, blend seamlessly in her Executive Director role. Julie’s compassion and dedication in serving her community shines through in her work. Her personal mission to ensure everyone feels beautiful has translated into a thriving organization. Julie’s leadership and vision inspire everyone who has been blessed by a donation. Since its inception in 2010, Project Beauty Share has been Julie’s passion, demonstrating daily that “the beauty is in the giving”.

Katie Parsons

Development Manager

Katie is a Spokane native who stayed at home with her children for the past six years and taught classes at The Barrecode.  Growing up she was active in Girl Scouts and her church youth group. She spent time helping serve several nonprofits with her family and youth group such as UGM, Crosswalk, YWAM San Francisco, and Family Promise. The strong emphasis of philanthropy and service that she was brought up with still resonates today. She is looking forward to continuing to serve the community of Spokane with her work at Project Beauty Share.
Chris Savage

Chris Savage has 10 years of experience working in the service industry. He joins our team with a passion for giving back to his community. He is an avid reader and enjoys gardening and is quite the musician playing the violin for more than 20 years. Chris was a dedicated volunteer for Project Beauty Share and now joins our team as our new warehouse manager.

Emma Wiechert

Administrative Associate

Emma grew up in Spokane and after graduating from Western Washington University in December 2021, she was eager to find a way to give back to the community that helped raise her. Along with her position at Project Beauty Share, Emma also works part-time at Vanessa Behan. Aside from her economics degree at WWU, Emma is a graduate Mt. Spokane High School, Youth Leadership Spokane, a lifelong Girl Scout, and has studied abroad in Chiang Mai, Thailand. Outside of work she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and visiting her friends and family across the country.
Haley Barranger

Volunteer Coordinator

Haley comes with more than 20 years of business experience in the insurance industry, and has been a Project Beauty Share volunteer since inception. Her passion for the work we do and the women we serve comes from personal experience of being a low-income single mother at one point in her life. She knows first-hand the power of women helping women regain dignity and confidence.
