“I Feel Seen”
That’s what one woman, a resident of Miryam’s House, said after her day of pampering. “I was homeless . . . now I feel like a person.”
On September 10, Cezanne Professional Products, MRK Beauty in Spokane, and Project Beauty Share®, together with stylists from Studio North Salon and Spa and 14th and Grand Salon, treated eight formerly homeless women to hair treatments and cuts, make up, and lunch. Kathy Combs of Cezanne said of the event, “It is a gift to me to be able to honor the women who came. . . these are vibrant, strong women whose smiles and positive attitude created an indelible ‘handprint’ on my heart.”
