PROJECT BEAUTY SHARE®

Project Beauty Share® is registered and licensed in the State of Washington as a 501(c)(3) Charitable Organization, receiving additional approval to fund raise. This means that contributions to Project Beauty Share® are tax deductible and that Project Beauty Share® can receive tax deductible bequests, transfers, and gifts.

Project Beauty Share® has been granted tax exempt status as a 501(c)(3) organization by the federal authorities. This means that contributions to Project Beauty Share® are tax deductible for the contributor. It also means that Project Beauty Share® can receive tax deductible bequests, transfers, and gifts.

FINANCIAL STATEMENTS

All financial information is filed with the State of Washington and the IRS as required in our charter. Our accounting and reporting is completed by a C.P.A.

Project Beauty Share® enters into no tansactions that may benefit the private or other interests of any officer or board member of the organization.

Project Beauty Share’s® Board of Directors are not compensated at this time.

There is no diversion of any Project Beauty Share® assets for private use.
